I've recently bought a blizzard 68060 with a SCSI kit IV. Modern warfare client. Well, I
thought the party with my Amiga was about to begin when I encountered
problems with the SCSI Kit. What it does is it isn't mounting my Zip
drive and CD-Rom. If I type 'mount cd0:' I get the message: 'device
1230scsi.device needs a string - line 6 column 19 in file cd0' or
something like that. I'm pretty sure that it's not the problem of a
wrong scsi connection because my SCSI Harddrive works fine and is
mounted automatically during startup. Yesterday I managed to format a
ZIP disk and accessed it without problems but after a reset I'm not able
to access the drive again. I haven't been able to access the cd-rom at
Wow classic beta blizzard. all yet. Anyway everything should work fine because it all worked fine
with my squirrel. I thought the SCSI kit IV was 'state of the art' scsi
controller but I'm starting to think my Squirrel is even better. Well
I'm quite desperate at the moment so I hope someone out there can help
me out.
Oh. almost forgot, The CU-C4D version is crashing with my 060 everytime
I try to load something into it. What had to be great (The 060) is
starting to become a major dissapointment even in the Amiga.
